Agile Processes
We at Schakal Technology employ agile processes and lean project management techniques to develop our products and manage customer projects. This, also called Scrum, enables project teams to react quickly to changing environments and adapt to the new requirements.
With our practical experience in managing projects from small teams to large organizations we support our customers with valuable knowledge to speed up their deployments. In Scrum, all requirements are collected as user stories. These stories get estimated by the team and ordered in the backlog according to their priority. Stories then get packed into fix-timed periods, typically two weeks long, called Sprints. At the end of every Sprint, a complete and working product increment is being delivered.
